Fascinating Electric Acoustical Violin performed by Caryn Lin

Fascinating Electric Acoustical Violin  performed by Caryn Lin

Just wowed by the discovery of magical sounds made by an electrical acoustical Violin! I was leaving the Windsor Connecticut library and heard some eery sci-music sounds coming from their performance room. It was a thin women playing what I discovered was an electric violin. Something that looked like a tradition violin with big chunks cut out. It was an open invitation so I walked in and found a seat away from the stage with intention of staying a moment but was hooked and stayed the whole event. Spread out in front of the audience were foot pedals, microphones, sound equipment speakers, and sound man in back. This single person was able to create the sound of an orchestra just by recording a loop of chords while playing. She created several loops that played simultaneously while she  played creating  an orchestra of sounds conducted through sheer imagination! It was some of the most eery creative fascinating sounds I every heard! I strongly suggest you look her up you'll be absolutely amazed!
